The Tools and Resources annex collects evaluation tools, frameworks and resources from across the Singapore public sector and the wider ecosystem. It is an appendix rather than another chapter: nothing here is required reading, and the pages do not build on one another. Reach for whichever page answers the practical question in front of you.
